" He Confessed in the Backlight" tells the love story of Li Teng, a intrepid and unruly special forces paratrooper, and Ruan Nianchu, a fascinating and gentle songster from a artistic troop. The story begins when they meet under dangerous circumstances, and their relationship is affected by a combination of action, love, and suspension.
Main plot points
First meeting Li Teng, on an undercover charge in Cambodia, where he's trying to insinuate a medicine and munitions ring, saves Ruan Nianchu from a dangerous situation. Although there's magnet between them, they separate, without pursuit of love, and Li Teng tells her to forget about it.
Alternate meeting( after a time jump) The story jumps forward 7 times, and they see each other again in a military environment. Ruan Nianchu is now in the performance troop as a songster, and Li Teng chooses the exact places to insure fate brings them together again. Serious love Their love originally develops sweetly, but also takes a turn for misconstructions. Ruan Nianchu believes she's replacing Li Teng's first love, and she attempts to innocently end the relationship with Li Teng, which in turn makes Li Teng admit his passions for Ruan Nianchu openly and pursue her seriously. Conflict, suspension, and action previous adversaries, similar as a Cambodian medicine lord, come back seeking vengeance, where the action gets veritably violent.
