" Have a Crush on You" is a 2023 Chinese medical love drama that chronicles the trip of Ruan Liu Zheng( Wang Chu Ran), a gritty neurosurgeon and her complicated relationship with Ning Zhi Qian( Peng Guan Ying), a genius yet frosty neurosurgeon and herex-husband. The story oscillates between two timelines, 2012, when Ruan Liu Zheng was a shy medical pupil with an unrequited crush on Ning Zhi Qian and 2019, when she's a larger than life confident croaker.
Their paths cross again during a medical charge in Africa, during which Ning Zhi Qian puts his life at threat while saving Ruan Liu Zheng from a dangerous situation18. Upon returning to China, Ruan Liu Zheng is assigned to an advanced training gyration at Bei Ya Hospital where she discovers that Ning Zhi Qian is her tutor. Despite their issues with their former marriage and divorce, Ning Zhi Qian chooses to sit as her tutor, trying to correct some wrongs. While they work together to break delicate medical cases, during which the two defy their residual passions, miscommunication and particular development. The drama engages with familiar themes regarding alternate chances, opening bone's heart to emotional mending and managing a career and love.
